LadyBug at Longwood

Hell of a weekend. On Saturday my Uncle Ray turned 90 and I attended the biggest family gathering I’ve seen in 30 years. I was wiped out from jawing and picture taking. Good scene. This morning I spent a couple hours at Longwood snapping. Had a blast.. Expecting rainy days this week so You’ll see more from today. Finally feeling like I’m clicking again with the macros. (more)

  2. A fine age, happy birthday to Ray. Gosh! that’s really an upclose ladybird. Fantastic detail in the plant too. They look weird in flight. I’d imagine you can tell if their markings vary with a picture like that.
